Generally, the answer is yes. But, some prospective jurors who ride motorcycles themselves believe that motorcyclists knowingly assume a much greater risk of serious injury than operators of motor vehicles, so their damages should be diminished.   I can’t assume that all motorcyclists will empathize with my client.  To be safe, I ask every prospective juror questions to test their attitudes and beliefs.
