Pamela E. Glazner has extensive civil litigation experience in both the state and federal California courts, primarily at the trial court level, but also in the California Courts of Appeal and the California Supreme Court. She is admitted to the state bars of both California and Washington, as well as numerous federal courts. While Pamela often litigates cases from start to finish, she is particularly adept at analyzing complex factual scenarios and crafting persuasive legal briefing. Pamela has been selected as a 2022 “Elite Lawyer” recognizing attorneys who have displayed a high level of competence in their practice and received acknowledgment from their peers, community, bar, and committees.
After beginning her career at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Pamela transitioned to a solo practice in which she represented her own clients and teamed up with other solo practitioners and firms, including the EMANUEL LAW GROUP , to assist individuals and small businesses with diverse needs, ranging from contract and property disputes to employment law issues to criminal defense and, most often, personal injury claims involving sexual abuse and catastrophic injury.
Pamela left solo practice to accept a position as a staff attorney at the California Supreme Court, where she analyzed civil petitions for review for the justices. She also worked for the Washington State Attorney General’s Office in the Torts Division.
She has since joined the Emanuel Law Group to advocate for justice for personal injury victims, with a particular focus on representing survivors of sexual assault and people who have suffered civil rights abuses. Pamela understands how devastating trauma can be, and she approaches her practice with a balance of steely conviction and genuine compassion.
Pamela received her undergraduate degree, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Denver in English and Communications. She received her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law where she graduated Cum Laude and was a Public Interest and Social Justice Law Scholar.
