Pamela E. Glazner has extensive civil litigation experience in both the state and federal California courts, primarily at the trial court level, but also in the California Courts of Appeal and the California Supreme Court. She is admitted to the state bars of both California and Washington, as well as numerous federal courts. Before becoming a full-time attorney at Emanuel Law Group, Pamela held prestigious positions as a staff attorney at the California Supreme Court, and the Washington State Attorney General’s Office (Torts Division). Pamela is particularly adept at analyzing complex factual scenarios and crafting persuasive legal briefs. She has been selected as a 2022 “Elite Lawyer” recognizing attorneys who have displayed a high level of competence in their practice and received acknowledgment from their peers, community, bar, and committees.
After beginning her career at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, a large corporate Silicon Valley firm, Pamela transitioned to begin fighting for individuals seeking civil justice against powerful individuals, institutions, and government entities. Pam works together with Todd Emanuel on Emanuel Law Group’s cases involving Sexual Assault, Wrongful Death, Traumatic Brain Injury, and egregious civil rights violations. Pam understands how devastating trauma can be, and she approaches her practice with a balance of steely conviction and genuine compassion.
ELG’s recent $25 million recovery for victims sexually assaulted by a an on-duty San Mateo Police Department officer would not have been possible without Pam’s efforts drafting AB 1455, which was eventually codified as California Government Code Section 945.9, after it was presented by State Assemblyperson Buffy Wicks (D-Berkeley).
Pam received her undergraduate degree, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Denver in English and Communications. She received her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law where she graduated Cum Laude and was a Public Interest and Social Justice Law Scholar.
