Insurance claims adjusters, defense lawyers, judges and juries may be biased against motorcyclists.  Should the damages awarded to a victim be diminished because he/she was injured on a motorcycle rather than in a car or on a dangerous business premises?  Of course not.  But we need to make sure we prepare our motorcyclists are prepared to be good, credible witnesses.  And we need to weed out jurors who tend to harbor these biases.
